Go to this site, complete the form, and follow the instructions to print out and use your free prescription discount card. (Note: This card has received extensive publicity in USA Today).
The card is absolutely free and provides 10-60 % savings on most medications. Over 48,000 national and regional pharmacy chain stores participate, in addition to independent pharmacies. It is suggested that you always check out prices using this card before you buy drugs using your insurance coverage or other discount card. There is absolutely no obligation.
How to Use
- Register on the above site and then print out your card. Cut out the card from the printed page and place in your wallet.
- Save the How to Use instructions that are included with each card when you register. These instructions explain how to locate a pharmacy and to search for medications and look up drug prices.
Don’t call the pharmacy for price quotes. Prices may change from day to day and they cannot be given over the telephone.
