Discount Cards

Four different discount cards are available below.

The Maternity Discount Card is the only alternative available for women who are pregnant and either not covered by insurance or if their plan does not provide maternity benefits. A separate fertility discount card is also available.

The Platinum Alliance Health Card is an inexpensive option for individuals who can not afford traditional health insurance or No Medical Questions Asked Health Plans but does provide opportunities for reducing medical costs for individuals who have no other type of plan or coverage.

Coast to Coast Vision provides vision discounts.

The Uni-Care card provides prescription, vision, chiropractic and hearing benefit discounts.

No Health Insurance Pregnant Maternity Card

Expectant mothers and fathers can not be insured under individual and family health insurance plans. However, by clicking on this link you can purchase a discount card for obtaining significant discounts on maternity benefits — even if you are pregnant — as well as for fertility treatments. Alliance Health Card

Click here for information and to enroll for either the Gold or Platinum discount medical cards from Alliance Health Care.

The Gold Card costs $9.95 per month and includes discounts for prescription drugs, dental, vision, hearing, chiropractic, diabetic supplies and physical therapy. The Platinum Card, which we recommend, costs $15.95 for the same discounts PLUS discounts for physicians and specialists, and hospitals and facilities.

Coast to Coast Vision Plan

You can purchase a plan from Coast to Coast Vision to save on eyeglasses, contacts (excluding disposables), eye exams, and surgical procedures. Uni-Care Prescription, Vision, Chiropractic, and Hearing Benefit Plan

You can purchase a plan from Uni-Care that provides 10-30% discounts on drugs, 10-50% discounts on eyeglasses, contact lenses (excluding disposables), non-prescription sunglasses and other retail eyewear, and discounts on chiropractic services (40% on diagnostic and 20% on treatment and other services), and certain hearing services.
